For inquiries different from common orders and requests for product information services start with ATG's consulting efforts, and knowledge transfer. 
For the use of ATG's databases and efforts in organising non standard products, services and projects  e.g enzyme product development, consulting starts after the first initial discussions e.g. by continued phone calls. In these cases ATG reserves its right  starting to charge consulting fees. In addition ATG charges for the commissioning of quotations of projects proposals, i.e.  for project plans, calculations and efforts to organize offers from third parties. In case of resulting mutually beneficial contracts costs for initial quotations and additional efforts can be credited against.
